BEGINNERS COURSE

The Beginner courses are  the best place to start if you are new or they can be a great re-entry point if you haven't been back for a while. The beginner courses run each school term commencing at the start of each term and the beginner classes only run for 8 weeks.
Your beginners membership is for a term of 10 weeks unlimited classes. This allows you to try other classes as you progress through your course. After the 8 weeks of beginner classes, you will have 2 weeks remaining to integrate into the other classes if you haven't already done so.  
 
The Beginner course will introduce you to the fundamental principles of Pilates and is designed to gradually increase your core strength, flexibility and balance. Each week a new principle of Pilates is taught and integrated into the routine of exercises.
Within the first few weeks you should start to feel stronger and more supple and as the course progresses you will start to experience many other benefits from doing Bodymind Pilates.

Thursdays 9.00am & 6.30pm

Friday 2.00pm
