The Beginner classes are the best place to start if you are new and haven't done Pilates before or they're a great re-entry point if you haven't been back for a while.
The beginner classes run continuously during the year and will introduce you to the 6 fundamental principles of Pilates. Each week a new principle is taught and integrated into the routine of exercises. After 6 weeks the classes repeat.
We are running a 10 week Beginner Course starting Monday 14 October 2013.
If you would prefer to start with a group then this is the course for you.
These classes are designed to gradually increase your core strength, flexibility and balance. Within the first few weeks you should start to feel stronger and more supple and as the course progresses you will start to experience many other benefits from your classes.
Members may progress to more challenging classes at their own leisure, or they may remain in the Beginner classes and also attend the low intensity 'Simply Stretch' classes.
Come along and trial a class first, just to see if it suits.
