Bodymind Pilates is a unique exercise programme developed on the fundamental principles of Pilates and combined with Chi-Ball and Resistance Band exercises with a fusion of Yoga stretches and simple breathing and relaxation techniques.
Bodymind Pilates is designed to provide all the benefits of matwork Pilates while also giving exciting variations from incorporating the other pratices, which also means that our classes will always remain progressive and dynamic.
No Pilates, no Yoga just simply stretching. Based on fascial release techniques and integrating the use of massage balls and foam rollers, the latest development in health and fitness.
This is an entry level class available to all members including Beginners and Fifties Forward. Also beneficial for those rehabilitating after an operation, athletes and sports people who need to stretch to increase sports performance and people who suffer from muscle and joint pain.
A gentle exercise class designed to increase flexibility and mobility, strengthening the mid core to create more balance and correcting poor postures. Most suitable for older persons or senior citizens.

Designed to gradually increase core strength, flexibility and balance. Each week a new principle of Pilates is taught and integrated into the routine of exercises. These principles are regularly revisited for those joining later in the term
A step on from the beginner level for those not quite ready for intermediate classes or those who simply enjoy this level of intensity and also preferred as an unwind class to the end of a full week

Exercise intensity is increased with a greater emphasis put on correct technique and stretching. Most suitable for those already engaged in a fitness programme or regular physical activity

Specifically designed classes to cater for your work, sport or community group. These classes may be run at your venue and are arranged to suit your times. A great team building or social event with the added benefits of increased personal performance physically and mentally. These classes cater for all differing levels of participation from regular members to new beginners. We are able to provide alternative options and variations to exercises, to provide effective classes for all the participants
